Her foundation was built over a decade at Coca-Cola, working across portfolios, categories & markets. There, she learned how world-class brands build cultural relevance, turning sharp strategy into disciplined execution at scale. She led flagship campaigns & initiatives, including Share a Coke, FIFA World Cup™ & Coke Studio. Delivering brand experiences that drove cultural relevance & positive business impact both globally & locally.

She later joined rain, South Africa’s 4G & 5G network operator, at a defining stage of growth. As part of the leadership team & as Head of Marketing, Marina helped build the brand from the ground up, scaling a bold challenger into a nationally recognised household name.

Her career spans global sponsorships, award-winning creative and hands-on go-to-market delivery. Throughout it all, one belief has remained constant: the most effective brand work happens when thinking and doing move together.

That belief became Molo.
